Fun room, loud street. The earplugs in the drawer are not a joke. Mezzanine stairs are open, so I would not bring a small child. Coffee nearby made up for the 1am brass band.

You do hear the highway in the afternoon. At night it was the surf. The outdoor shower for the dog was the detail that made the stay easy. Fireplace drew well.

Beautiful and a little rustic in the ways that matter: great knives, thin towels, a porch that collected leaves. Wifi was fine for a call if I sat inside. The dog was happier than we were, which is the correct outcome.
