The hot tub really does take forty minutes. The porch view is the whole booking. We kept food inside after dark and still saw javelina at the edge of the light, which was the correct distance.

The slope in the floor is charming until you set a marble down. The porch shade at breakfast is the reason to book this house. Parking one car worked. I would not bring two.
